Case Study 2: High-Pressure Thread Opener Jack for Main Engine Head Removal
Another key project led by our R&D team is the high-pressure thread opener jack, used for main engine head removal. Originally a German-made component, we reverse-engineered it using only the available part. Our skilled engineers conducted a thorough analysis of the material standards, compared them with Indian standards, and successfully manufactured the jack within a short timeframe.
The result was a high-pressure jack capable of producing 1400 bar pressure to remove the engine top. This project demonstrated our ability to replicate a complex German component and produce it locally under the Make in India initiative.
